Policy's
Attendance:
Please arrive at your appointment at your scheduled time of service. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. As such, please notify me if you are going to be late to avoid cancellation of your appointment. When a client notifies me that they’ll be late, a 10 minute grace period is given - after 10 minutes, you will need to reschedule, and you will be charged 100% of the total service price.
“No-Shows” will result in a charge of 100% of the total price of the service you were scheduled to receive. Ladies, again, please be considerate of not only my time, but of my clients’ time, as well! When you’re a no-show, another client can be inserted in that time slot. If your card is unable to be charged the no-show fee, you will be required to pay the balance before being serviced again!!!
Appointment Confirmation:
Please confirm your appointment when I/we reach out to validate that you are coming to your appointment. Additionally, please pay particular attention to all details forwarded to you via email and/or text. You will receive a reminder of your appointment via text, and you MUST reply to this text within 24 hours of receiving it, to confirm your appointment. If you do not reply to this text within the aforementioned time frame, your appointment will be canceled!!! Please understand that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you are rescheduling an appointment on the booking site, your deposit will automatically be transferred to your new chosen date.

Lash Training Policy:
All trainings are to be booked using the attached link. Please understand that ALL lash course deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. ***All courses may be canceled up to 72 hours before the course. ***After 72 hours before your class start date, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please Understand that under no circumstances will Majestic Lashes allow any refunds or exchanges once services are complete, and products are shipped. If you have anything missing from an order or an incorrect item(s), please contact us within 48 hours so that we can make every effort to rectify the issue/problem as soon as possible.
Shipping policy:
Please allow 2-4 days to process all orders. Please understand that once orders are sent, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. All disputes and/or discrepincies will have to be handled through the post office. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping and billing address upon completing your order. Please make sure your billing and shipping addresses match. Orders will be shipped out Monday-Friday. We will not ship weekend orders out until the following Monday. Standard Priority mail 1-3 day shipping fee of $9. Priority Mail Express next day-2 day shipping fee $30. (Please understand that it is out of our control at Majestic Lashes for any delayed packages after we have delivered the package to the post office. You will always be sent a tracking number, please use this tracking number to solve any discrepancies with the post office.)
Pick Up policy:
All orders placed before 2pm EST, will be available for pick up by 6pm EST the same business day. ALL orders placed AFTER 2pm EST, will be available for pickup the next business day. Pickups will be available from 10am-12pm and 6pm-8pm, Tuesday through Friday. Pickups are not available on weekends or Mondays.
